I have been going to this clinic for years and Dr has never disappoint me , she always talk so sweet and calmly, she always handle situations very well ?? Shes is also my family doctor and everyone love her β€οΈ thank you Dr for curing us

β β β β β Worst Experience, Doctor Appa Rao said will not treat my husband if have flu and suddenly asked us to come in the morning/ to hospital. Travelled 40mins to come all the way to clinic. Already show the Covid-19 test result as well and called before going there (because he is there only from Monday to Wednesday , 7.00pm-8.30pm. Me and my family has been visiting the doctor at Pantai Cheras Hospital for past 20 years at and I myself for 15 years as he always diagnose correctly (been a family doctor) ,I am extremely disappointed. No wonder not much patients here at night. Rude doctor and useless receptionist. Never ever use the panel also to come here, because they don't even know how to do the submissions. We will never ever visit him at Hospital Pantai Cheras after this as well ! Never in my experience so far, a doctor refused to treat an unwell patient. So unprofessional , not fit to be doctor, just be a patient instead!!!
