★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by the staff. They rescheduled my wife check up session due to unrealistic reasons. Need to come and go for many times yet no action taken. The front desk being not helpful at all.
1. Staff took blood sample for lab test.
2. Called that sample accidentally spilled
3. Schedule for another session
4. Don’t want to allow session when patient reached after 10am
5. Scheduled for another session next day
6. Came over, staff said equipment for testing not in stock.
7. Rescheduled for another day
This is not a free health screening / checkup through KK. Even a KK can perform better.
I hope your top founder of klinik Siti will see this post and take action for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but this is the worst clinic i ever went in my entire life. Today i went to this clinic siti since my son having a fever and his body shivering but this indian doc didnt even check his temperature, didnt even weight him and just simply give a medicine. Rude doc and what a bad experience. Didnt encourage you guys at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overheard the staffs said the supervisor is going to resign. What a shame tho. You should keep an employee like her. She gave the very best service to the patients even when it's chaotic in the clinic, always smiling to the patient. I came here with my family because she's the supervisor and how she teaches her staffs. What a shame she's resigning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience, I have been waiting for 2 hours just to take my rtk test the clinic not even busy when I had arrive. It just doesn't make sense that I have to whastapp but it took them evey 30mins to reply my whatsapp .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely comment. But i have to. Today i went to this clinic and met worst doctor. She didn't even check on me, she's just ASSUMING. Are all doctors like that? When your patients explain, you did not even listen? Thus jumping to conclusion??. I will remember forever what she said. "No MC since I've heard your sneeze is fine, i'll issue you TimeSlip". How do you know is fine?? Bcos you didn't even chdck further. Shame on you doctor. Ruin my morning. I also work customer service and i talk to customers for 8 hours. That is why I need to MC since I dont want to bother other staff also customers. Btw, this is 2nd time experience worst doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up this morning with running nose and a bit coughing. Went to this clinic once I felt better to consult the doctor. Unfortunately, I’ve got the worst doctor ever and wonder how she does her work! She refused to issue the MC since I look fine and my flu is okay. Hello, I was not okay this morning and not able to go to work that’s why I am here when I feel better! Since I tested positive for the pregnancy, I am not confident to simply consume any medicine but she adviced me to just take ANY medicine because it is too early! Eh, you are risking people’s life. What a bad quality of doctor to work here. Hope the clinic hire the only qualified doctor to serve well for the community!
