★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standing in front of the registration counter for more than 5 mins with no excuses. Langsung tak bagitau tunggu sekejap ke ape ke and no sorry at all for letting me wait for nothing. Buat tak tau je. 2 orang handle satu patient. The owner should look at the staff working there. Bcs that is the first impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3stars bcoz I have mixed views. Dr. Prakash is the worst. Very obvious pretend to check only. Dr. Jothi is the best, always kind, listen whole story, check properly. Another malay lady doctor (sorry forgot her name), she also good, listen and check. The nurses, not sure why took so long for them to give medicines. So slow in taking the medicines. Once reached the reception counter, never bother to ask or greet till I pass my IC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The admins here, it’s either lazy or ignorance or just the slow type. They couldn’t find my kid’s record in their system, and couldn’t care if there’s a long queue. 1st time they forgot to charge the bill to my insurance, and acted blurish when I informed them to charge. 2nd visit, they couldn’t find my kid’s record. Terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I typed a long essay for this, but I've deleted them, decided not to spend anymore of my time with this trash anymore. Here's the summary from experience of multiple visit throughout the years. This clinic only;
1. wants to SELL you medicine
2. has rude and lazy receptionist. Favorite statement, "Patient ramai la, doktor sikit"
3. has generally slow, chatty or couldn't care less nurses (chit chatting and look busy is more important than patient)
4. has rude, impatient and couldn't care less doctors (Both doctors from Room 1 and 3 are guilty of this)
5. has ZERO sense of urgency towards emergency natured condition (Applicable to all employees of the premise)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit was bad because of very slow service.. I came again for second visit thought that they will be better.. But still same.. Their service so slow start from the registration until taking my medicine.. I can understand if there were many patients, but during my visit, there were only few patient inside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctor. Good clinic but sadly bad customer services. Here for some meds. Took longer time than we thought. In the end my requested med was out of stock. Can you guys inform us earlier if any miscellaneous? And don’t simply make us waiting for that duration of time. Isn’t it simple? Time is gold!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor prakash look extremely lazy like no mood to look patients, explanation about my health condition also i have to understand 60% by my OWN. AND YES im disgusted with the nurses, their behaviour, talking with secret signal between them.. the way i see it, they(nurses) are just working there for time-pass. Uneasy and uncomfortable atmosphere they made.
Second visit after this?? BIG NO to MEDIPRIMA PRIMA GOMBAK.
They should hire nurses with responsibility and professional not a time-pass nurse.
PLEASE CHANGE THE DOCTOR!! PAYING UNREASONABLE PRICE FOR LAME SERVICE
