She explained everything in details and very easy to understand. I felt so much comfortable. She is indeed one of the best doctors I have met so far. All the best to her and the rest of the team of Kinik Siti Kota Warisan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sad.. this clinic can't provide simple equitment for treatment especially for kids. I come to check my little princess that have flu n cough. Asking to check the cO2, but no oximeter.. very shock! Bad service but high paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience there’s nothing wrong with the facility and equipment for treatment. So easy to check the spo2 level. The Pulse Oximeter is new and fast reading too. Good Service and Worth it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor here not friendly at all. Very brief explanation and the whole ultrasound experience was very awkward. Me and my husband also don't dare to ask much. I like going to Klinik Siti because they always do a very good detail scan and always give very good explanation. But the doctor in this Klinik Siti is not friendly at all and clearly doesn't like to talk much. Super duper awkward and disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw some good reviews. But when I went there the doctor was unbelievably unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Beyond words. I wonder if they instructed their own staff to leave all 5 stars and good comments? If yes, they can certainly improve the clinic's online ratings that way but won't improve their patients' real experience if they don't actually improve their service. If not, I apologize. But from my own experience, today was my second time there and my last. Unfortunately.
Credit where credit's due, the front reception staff was acceptably polite. Had some issues with PM care, but she handled it professionally. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there and the medicines are out of stock. There is a reason why you are chosen as a panel clinic. Instead still have to pay for medicine. Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an indian doctor who was incharge on 24 feb noon, being very rude asking the companion to a senior citizen patient to leave the room. Could not you be more polite if that is the policy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unethical Dr. attending patient. My grand daughter had performed RTK test earliaer at SITI clinic. We were asked to come for treatment by staff after negative RTK test. However, at the clinic when called to see Dr., we were chased out from the clinic by Dr for fear of infection without even looking or assessing the baby condition. The best part is, we were charged for for consultation fee . The worst medical treatment we had ever expirienced.
