★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very slow, never respect other's time. Once I had to wait for 30mins even when appointment had been made days in advance. Your hair will turn grey first before getting a supposedly quick rtk test result.

I came within appointment time for vaccine but they ask to go back because not enough 5 people to take vaccine. Other option is to wait for others to come. I have waited , But then they gave other people first! Hello!!! Have to wait for 1 hour plus and yet you gave turn to other first, no 1 but 3 patients who came later than me and appointment time later than me!!!. You better close your clinic!. Let others with better systems and educated staff and expert time management runs the clinic!
