Klinik Siti is always my favourite clinic for pregnancy check up since the first time i did my check up here. The Drs are friendly and detailed. However, after my visit today on 21/6, i feel really dissapointed. The Dr on duty was harshed/raising her voice on giving advice. Not sure if that her real way of talking/ concerned to the pregnancy moms, but i believed there is always polite way in giving advice especially to worried mother.
Since the incident, i feel reluctant to do next visit in this clinic. I wrote this comment not to condemn the Dr, but I wish she can improve her communication and service to become successful Dr in future. Tq.

β β β β β Read abt the review that the doctor is friendly, thus brought wife for pregnancy check up.
Felt totally dissatisfied with the Doctor, she coughed like nobodyβs business, and no courtesy to apologize.
I donβt mind the doctor coughing; but she coughed from the beginning and until the end of the consultation; without feeling any guilt. At least to have the courtesy to control the cough in front of patients; especially now we are still under pandemic threat.
We hope the doctor will take serious note on this to improve.
Anyway; thumbs up to the other staff-on-duty, especially the cashier/pharmacist.
