β β β β β Please reconsider to go to this Clinic if you are an AIA member and trying to get a referral letter for your GL. The staff did not how to use AIA portal to issue referral letter and Doctor Soo called me on the phone after i left the Clinic, i spoke to him nicely but he hanged up the phone on me, i called back and the doctor shouted at me and accused me for raising my voice and hanging up the phone first. This is possibly the worse ever experience for me trying to get a simple referral letter from a Clinic

β β β β β Multilingual (English, Cantonese, Hokkien, ...), knowledgeable and friendly doctor, Chinese female receptionists are also very detail-oriented and friendly too!

β β β β β The clinic exterior and interior look old school but very clean. donβt let that disappoint u!
I love the treatment from the lady at the front desk to the doctor. The lady is friendly and the doctor gv me good information although he is not female specialist. but I guess a lot of patients come from next door clinic because of disappointment with the treatment from next door.
Anyway, I feel that I should share what a good clinic they are. It was empty when I came.
I will def come back again to this clinic if I have any problem although they are not our panel clinic.

β β β β β Doctor is very knowledgeable, he is patient and explains your sickness causes and remedy. Also shows you how to use certain medication. However I got charged rm280 for just antibiotics for flu ? service good but price is not reasonable at all. I could easily get same medication at a way lower price!

β β β β β Polite staff and doctor. But medicines are very expensive, seems a lot higher than recommended retail prices for meds. Close to RM200 for simple treatment. Plus point hardly any queue

β β β β β Always a pleasant visit to this clinic! A very knowledgeable doctor that shall diagnose you exactly and teach how to take the medications accordingly. Staffs are also very friendly and kind. Although the interior is slightly old, do not let that deter you as this clinic has apparently been running well for many years. I have been told that prices are apparently "high" but they are all reasonably-priced + are genuine-quality medicine. Consultation price are appropriate too.
