★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor didn't diagnose my sickness. I asked if the fever I was having was viral/bacterial in nature, he just kept quiet. Rm 75 for zero diagnosis and OTC medication. Stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute waste of time and money. I lost my voice , so made a note on my phone on the symptoms and he pushed my phone away without looking and said he's not my English teacher. Then, he forced me to verbally answer his question despite my loss of voice and repeated head shakes. Very patronising and seems only interested in pushing us out of the door. No gauging of temperature, no checking what are the other symptoms, nothing beyond asking me to say "ahh" and deigning to take a look at my previous medicines (and we have to pushed for that). Price on the high side, too, and all the receptionist could offer was "because this is good antibiotic"

He sounded unnecessarily patronising during the conversation.
Rude, impatient, self-entitled
I respect this profession as much as i respect others, but respect has to be mutual, so don't be surprised when you been treated the same like how you treated others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think you deserve no star at all, came to this clinic simply because other clinic were closed during public holiday and also this is one of the panel clinic near my place. In fact I have so many bad experience before, eg: reception mixed up my details with others in the record, and given mc with wrong date and I have to came all the way back for others mistake.
The dr is very rude and not compassionate as well. Treating others that came after me without explaining why, fine, i just stood at the reception counter quietly in case he didn’t see me. Waited patiently because I have been waiting for some time already. He saw me and threw this to me: if you cannot wait then you can go other place! After treatment, he even asked me to come back after later to get my mc and meds...
Excuse me? Is that how you talk to others?Won’t ever return even if is free. Mutual is respect, Please go learn some manners..

I went to this clinic because it was listed in the Health Metrics, but after checking the bills, the amount of medicine prescribed in the app and the amount I received are not tally, I received less!
And the most expensive medicine is about abdominal pain which wasn't one of my signs and symptoms!
Not ethical at all! Don't go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Never realised others had the same bad experience w the doctor. Looks like he's still patronizing and rude, nearly 3-4 years since I walked out, informed I'm never returning due to his rudeness. Banned this clinic since then. Been going only because it was panel for both AIA and HealthMetrics but w his attitude there are other places to visit. Been tolerating him for years until the last straw when I consulted him abt an insurance claim as suggested by MY OWN company agent and before listening to the case, he started berating me for apparently trying to cheat insurance companies. Mindblown. All I wanted to ask was for his advice and if it was doable, wasn't asking or demanding him to do anything and what I got was his unasked for rude lecture out of nowhere.

Looking at the other reviews here, I think we can conclude that he is inherently ill-mannered and appears unable to help himself from trying to antagonise his patients. I cannot imagine any sort of quality patient care with an attitude like that, and I'm glad I did not go in for anything too serious.
The one star here I would give to the nurse, who was gentle and pleasant enough during the visit.
