★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont do rtk test here....very late result... Do in another clinic, better do in any other clinic, u will get 15 minute after swab...i've been waiting for 2 hour already, but no result came out yet...verry slow???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service at front counter. Nurse assistant dont bother to register patient came in. Keep doing their own work like nothing happen. Bad treatment by dr. Giving wrong drugs prescription till make me hv to go to kpj for other treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry Dr. I think I need to give my honest feedback here. I always came here because my bill will be covered by AIA. However, few times I felt this clinic provided me with a lot of medicine... I need to be careful and only take what I need eventhough it will not be paid from my pocket.
Latest experience here was unacceptable to me when we received very diluted antibiotics prepared by the staff, not following the instructionsp. I dont think it will be the right dose for him... I am sorry Dr but from those experience I think SP Care will be no more in my list after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my COVID booster shot (Pfizer) just now. So far it was well organized, there were about 16 people there too for the booster shots. I went in and got out within 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Took about 30min to complete my booster shot. They provide for Pfizer booster. But if you're concerned about it you should ask when you register at the counter because they don't really display what brand of booster or vaccine they are giving.
