★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service n polite staff. Brought in an abandoned sick kitten which I found on the street and hoping they will rescue him. They charged RM50 for inspection only and asked to come back next day for injection. The poor kitten died the next day. Question is 50rm for inspection of poor abandoned sick kitten? Business is business but a bit of compassion would go a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today again for follow up from yesterday. Dr AA took my cat from the carrier and proceeded to jab for fever, was so fast I couldn't stop him in time. I asked shouldn't you take a temperature first and then talk to the owner and say that the cat has a temp and needs to have a jab? He then took my cat's temp and of course my cat has a fever. You go to the doctor, doc jabs you for fever and charge you $$, and then takes your temperature. Easy money!
My other cat was limping yesterday, got a jab, was ok the whole nite, today refused to walk. Doc AA took him out of carrier, cat didn't walk, and doc said needs an x-ray which will cost RM 150-200. He didn't even check the paws or the legs or joints! I argued that there's no broken bones such that it requires an x-ray. Easy money!
New location, 2 shoplots, renovations, 4 consultation rooms..the whole schbang! Charging to cover cost? Go figure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sent two cats for consultation and medication, doctor gave injection, and died few days after that. also they suddenly charged more than mentioned on procedure, if it were to be in range considering its diagnosis, should’ve told earlier or explain where the price of procedure came from, not by giving out a loaded pricey bill which was different than mentioned and told that it was fixed price from the beginning, say it’s in range to from A to Z depending on the procedure would’ve been far better, at least give us explanation for how you charge on procedure.
