★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veterinarian there is scared of my 2 yrs old shih tzu. No one to asisst him there. I'm the one helping him to hold my puppy for vaccination. Very inexperienced staffs when I told him my puppy having some health issues he said 'itu saya tak pasti'. But reasonable price. Dog owners should not enter the clinic. Separate place for dog owners around the compound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't even worth a star. Brought my cat to the clinic, the malay assistant just take a look and say it's broken leg and refuse to treat. Asked if can help us to clean the wound, he said don't even have the antiseptic solution? Is that even possible? I'm just so disappointed. If you are lazy to treat you don't enter this medical field. Then I sent my cat to the private clinic, did an xray and its not even broken leg. Just an infection that cause inflammation to the leg and caused paralysis. Please DON'T DISCRIMINATE anyone who seek treatment here. You don't have a xray eyes, how can you know if it's a broken leg

Service was great and staff were super polite.

-worm pills
-diarhhea medicine
-multivitamin
-syringe
But sadly, dogs were not allowed~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited the clinic 2 times and both times were handled by unprofessional vets. First time the vet didn't even want to hold the healthy cat. Another time, the vet by the looks of it was lazy to vaccinate the cats and gave unreasonable excuses ie. cat had a fever although cat was in range of normal cat body temperature. Other staff were okay, only vets were unsatisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service provided was not as good compared to the private one. For complicated cases, better go to the private clinic. For mild infection such as flu and fever, maybe can refer to this clinic. Not too crowded. Dr had lunch at 1 to 2 pm. Better get ready at 2pm. Pay for only RM30 for medical check up, 2 injections(antibiotic and painkiller) and 2 medicine (antibiotic and vitamin).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaysia government very rich. Nice big premises but vet opens on Sunday and Wednesday only and need to make advance appointment. And they will recommend you to go to private vet clinics who charge u unreasonable amount of money. So much of service to the public but good for private vet clinics.
