★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant vet and horrible waiting areas.
Because of SOP they moved the waiting area to the walking space in front of the vet and it's very hot there, especially for the pets. There is a lot of space inside, but for some reason they only put 3 chairs inside (only 2 can sit at a time). By the time I finished my cat was panting in the car.
Parking is also nightmare.
Long wait. When they called me in I had to wait some more for the vet to finish typing something on his phone. In the end he didn't even do anything, the assistant did all the work.
My cat had medicine from another vet clinic, and she had only 1 antibiotic pill left to be given, and instead of just giving the pill he offered to inject her with another antibiotic?? Are you kidding ?? He didn't even know what kind of surgery she went through and offered to just inject her with something?? When I refused he acted like I insulted him and started asking me if I knew what the previous vets were doing, etc. Of course I don't know! And I would be scared of what you want to do to her when you haven't explained anything to me.
All the other vets I went to to get her pilled (I went to 3 different vets because opening hours were very different), they even explained to me why they couldn't give her more doses for the days she missed her pills. It's dangerous. Antibiotics is not just something you can give and take unless you really know everything about the cat.
She had only 1 pill left, and because he was too lazy to pill a difficult cat he wanted to just inject her.
Bad experience.
I'm giving 2 stars because the assistant was really nice and patient with my cat. Thank you assistant vet. The other vet was some older bald guy.
You can tell when a vet likes their job, their face and voice becomes different when they start handling the animal. This guy didn't even bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time today, since I have never been to any veterinarian before so this is my first experience ever. The waiting time is not short but not that long either, just nice in between. The lady vet who attends to kaka my cat is courteous and friendly and I will not hesitate to go again in the future. Oh the fee too is reasonable enough for a man like me who is not poor but not that rich either ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading several reviews about this clinic, I felt compelled to share my experience and opinion about this place. Based on the 2 times that I have visited this vet, I noticed that the price is relatively more expensive than other places. I also noticed how they charged me exorbitantly on cases in which I think should have fared much cheaper. There's also a tendency for the vet to compel you to get medications for any problems that you seem to tell him about other cats. In my case, I was pressured to take in antibiotic medication for a stray cat that I was simply asking the vet what to do about. I mean, I did not even bring in the cat for consultation. I was merely asking for his professional opinions. As a new cat parent/person. it's only natural that you have many questions to ask your vet. But, I sensed that my naivety and curiosity were taken for granted upon being confronted with the total cost of my consultation.
With regard to the service, though I appreciate the appointments-based system they have which means that your appointment is secured, I was still appalled at the fact that I still had to wait a very long time upon arrival. When they said that your appointment is at 3.30pm, that means that you are only getting your number at 3.30pm. The service is in general, very sluggish. But it seems that with the many people bringing in their cats there, many people seem to be okay with the sluggish waiting time.
On top of that, the parking is also extremely inconvenient since there are very limited parking spots. It is therefore advisable that you come with someone else so that someone can wait and move the car when necessary.
Nonetheless, the place is very clean and tidy despite the tiny space they have. The ambiance is also very welcoming.
If price and service quality are your concerns, this is not the place to go to bring your furry friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic charge you more expensive during pkp and pkpd.Make sure u make appointment first before going there.Otherwise they charge you extra rm50 for emergency case(without appointment).Maybe due to large crowd of customers.The operation hour also funny.10-2pm and 3.30-8pm or 6pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my cat eye turn white after scratched by another cat, went to 24hours medical centre, they do nothing then telling me tomorrow they will do blood test then to be reviewed by the only one animal eye specialist in Malaysia. I have to pay deposit more than RM900. Later early tomorrow I decided to bring my cat to Muezza vet, my cat were given anti inflammatory shot and antibiotic and hospitalised for few days. Later after I bring back my cat, I keep following the instruction on the meds given by the Vet Dr(I guess the father of the current owner) and now my cat's eye nearly return to normal. Im glad. Charges RM100-200. (The do nothing AMC 24hours before this already charges me RM210). So Im glad that I went to Muezza instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ walked in, proper number que system, dedicated counters for registration, pymt. Many doctors on duty so no need to wait since 9am to 2pm to get to see the vet. crazy experience back in one of batu caves clinic.
