★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is operate by one Malay Lady doctor. The place is small yet suitable for small type animals like cat and dog. She give treatment and vaccination for the animals. Meet is according to either by walking or fix appointment before. It is more prefer to ring the clinic before the walk in. The doctor has a friendly approach too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic operates based on call appointment. I am one of the regular customers in this clinic. The Doctor here has a very patient level of patience and very firm in treating my pet cats. I am very comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. Kata orang tak kenal maka tak cinta. Good job Dr Suzana :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always come to this clinic if my cats fell sick (i have 10 cats)...This clinic provides an excellent service and the Doctor will explain to me in detail what is my cats sickness and the best way to care for them plus the cost is affordable (maybe because the clinic does not perform unnecessary tests). Even though the clinic only work on appointment, my advise is for you to make an appointment over the weekend (11am - 1pm). Anyway, it is a small clinic but with a big heart! Keep on the good work Doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not open vet?. Meaning the doctor well known her customer and appoiment basis. No untreated stray cat can bring in here,because the doctor is very straight and very care about the environment. This place not like other vet that you can bring stray cat walk in. Definitely no! She was good! Afordable charges for her service. This vet kind like a preferred vet ??. Fast service and simple. She was very good on explaination about your pet!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad receptionist (the one who answered my phone call) and ZERO tolerance service. Unable to book appointment for my sick cats even for non-emergency cases although willing to wait for long queue (4 months time also cannot). The worst vet service I've encountered so far within this area.
Basically they don't want customers. So just don't bother to bring your pets here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to vet when i was still living in Gombak. Most of my cats (>10) were vaccinated and neutered here. Dr Suzana can be very stern when it comes to your pets health, but that's what best about her. She is very caring and straight foward person.
Best to make appointment before hand.
