★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it's not emergency case, this is an excellent place. Poor response to emergency case. Still need to file details instead of taking immediate action to help. So dissapointed. Have been going here for months for the good service but this one incident really ruined the trust. Looking back at the bills, each time went there the bills get higher. Honestly, not all cured. Still recurring.
Took a kitten today, unresponsive less than half an hour, got treated so badly by the staff and doctor. Treated the kitten like it's not urgent. It died shortly. At least check what was the cause. But they treated the kitten like it was nothing whereas to the family, it was a beloved member of the family. So devastated.
Thank you for your previous services. But that's it.
