Saya datang dulu. Tulis klinik tutup pukul 6. Saya sampai pukul 5 dah ada sign pendaftaran ditutup. Lepastu orang selepas saya datang dia bagi masuk. Saya tanya lah boleh tak saya daftar jugak sebab saya datang dulu. Alasan tak munasabah dari front desk cakap yang kenapa tak masuk je tadi. Lain kali kalau masih terima patient jangan lah letak sign macamtu. Lepastu kata orang selepas saya last patient. Memang teruk sangat sangat pendaftaran. Dah 3 kali pergi pendaftaran still teruk. Better tukar je orang kerja pendaftaran sebelum bisnes lingkup

Then people said after I was the last patient. It's really very bad registration. Already 3 times went registration still bad. Better change je registration workers before business scope

Bahagian kaunter sepatutnya lebih efesien dan belajar menghormati pelanggan/pesakit yang datang . Kenapa mesti letak pendaftaran ditutup kalau masih boleh menerima pesakit . Bila tanya, ditanya kita pulak dengan agak kasar dan nimik muka yang x sesuai .. kenapa x masuk .. kalau dah letak macam tu nanti orang masuk kata pula x tau baca .. Semoga pengurusan Klinik Zarina ambil perhatian terhadap perkara ini .
The counter section should be more efficient and learn to respect the customers/patients who come. Why must the registration be closed if it can still accept patients. When asked, we were asked to come back with a bit of rudeness and a suitable facial expression .. why did x come in .. if it's placed like that, people will come in and say x can read .. May the management of Zarina Clinic take note of this matter.

My experience from the 2 front service person today 28 Dec was not what I have expected for. It was bad when comes to service as they were not able to understand patients situations but instead questions were thrown to me rudely. Which i find bias and judgemental. Suggest for the clinic to focus on service enhancements. My experience was from Klinik Zarina 24 hours based in Falim.
