I knew she was working alone and many patient but she could have asked the person waiting in line if they could fill in insurance form first hand or hand over IC or something like that. But instead we waited for almost 10 minutes without the front desk lady asking us anything. I was sick and this type of service had made me sicker!
Please improve your customer service. We are a paying patient.
