β β β β β I don't know why my daughter was chosen to be vaccinated for covid19 at this place since it was about 35km from my house.
And I didn't understand why my daughter was ignored to be vaccinated on the appointment day set up thru' mysejahtera at this lousy hospital. Their reason was the vaccination quota for the day was not enough. Only one @ my daughter turned up instead of six. They asked us to come the next day, as if we stayed just next door to the hospital and I didn't have anything to do on the postponed date. Stupid lah...I hope MOH will look closely into this matter.
I hope, that will be the last visit for us to this terrible place.

β β β β β Before we go for vaccination , we already call up to kmc. They asked us to bring my grandmother over for vaccination.when we reached there, the staff who station at the entrance for covid 19 vaccination very rude and unprofessional... she chase me out. Said go out go out, wait outside...Actually i want to tell them regarding my grandmother 's condition. I hope the management may see tru this bad customer service as it may reflect to the reputation of kmc ipoh.im very dissapointed about it...

β β β β β I'm very disappointed for today's incident that your receptionist / cashier. I'm not sure of her name. Indian Muslim girl, medium height and normal body size with black spectacle . I wanted to pay a bill for my mother's dressing bill. The incident, at first my father already pay the full bill including doctor's and dressing changers. I took a small dressing pacth for the doctor's clinic so, I wanted to pay for that.... I was explaining to the cashier that we already pay for doctor's bill and I showed the receipt also. But she act like no trust even I show the receipt. She keep calling the clinic and treatment room regarding this matter and wasting my time. We are not stupid or wanted to cheat you all. I'm coming to the Hospital almost every day. Treating in this way was not correct. Kindly teach your receptionist/cashier how to behavior towards a customer and update your system regarding the payment. Hope I will reply regarding this matter. Take action.

β β β β β It's not the best and most modern hospital, but there are some very experienced doctors in there. The existing buildings are old. But in recent years around 2021, the is a some renovation with new building. Hope they continue to improve for the benefit of all people
