I love everything about KOA. From the coach, vibes, place, the environment etc2. It’s better to take the package class so that you can see your progress. I was not in a good state when i first discover this place (physically mentally emotionally), but Coach Jamie build me up in a way whr no one else could. ❀️

What I loves about koa fitness is obviously their gym, the people, vibe, and sessions with the coach. Back then, I have always been looking for a gym that can cater for ladies only and I came across koa fitness. I recalled in 2020, I subscribed for personal training (PT) after the consultation and Jamie was assigned to be my coach. She helped me to keep track on my fitness goals. The workout has been tailored and customised to suit our body needs. She also provided me with nutrition advices and constant reminders to drink plenty of waters and monitor the food intake. I can see the result of my weight loss in just few sessions. The journey with koa has been life changing for me as it makes me more happier, healthier, and most importantly, having lots of fun with Jamie & koa tribes. To keep me motivated and productive when pandemic kick in, I also signed up for online PT with Jamie. I look forward for another PT session soon.

Training with KOA Fitness has been super effective from the first day that I enrolled. It was a gift from my husband who heard my cries about wanting to be fit. My personal elite trainer June is pure delight! She is a bundle of energy, incredibly fit herself, exceedingly patient with handling my limitations and yet not compromising on the quality of my training at all. I give her full credit for the well thought out structure of sessions; slowly, firmly and yet gently pushing my boundaries so much so that I did not even realise that I had progressed to a higher level of fitness within just a few weeks. Amazing! I thoroughly enjoy the friendly atmosphere, the safe and sanitised premises and most of all that this is an All-Women’s Gym! I am a mother of 2 adult children and I am very comfortable training here. There are women of different ages with various backgrounds; yet along with the sweat and the grunts, there is joyous laughter, smiles and a deep appreciation at the end of each session for everyone and a genuine desire to return for the next workout. My husband has commented that I am certainly much fitter and that my posture has improved. I am thrilled. It has been so rewarding and hence I have signed up for another 12-week session with June. Hooray!

Koa Fitness is the perfect gym - it is very well equipped with state of the art machines (that are meticulously sanitized throughout the day) and is so spacious that no matter how busy the gym is, you always feel like you have your own personal space to train. On top of that, the place brims with an incredible energy - all of the trainers are so relentlessly upbeat and passionate that it would be impossible not to have a great time at your workout! My personal trainer Jamie has been a total star - she is very knowledgeable about health and fitness and designs sophisticated training programs that constantly increase in intensity (despite all my very vocal protests!) to elevate my strength and goals. Beneath her cheerful exterior and sunny disposition is an uncompromising taskmaster who will push and motivate you to complete each rep and meet every challenge. Thanks to Jamie, coming to train at Koa has been a pure joy from the start and I find myself actually looking forward to each (torture) session!

KOA has been awesome! Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is motivating and I have had nothing but good experiences. This all-women’s gym atmosphere makes me feel immensely comfortable and free when performing any workouts. The gym premises is immaculate and SOPs are enforced before, during and after the sessions. I took a one-on-one training session with Coach Jamie. There was a β€˜get to know you’ chat where Jamie enquired about my sleep patterns, stress levels, injuries or discomforts, goals etc. An InBody Test was also performed. Following this, each of my 12 training sessions were tailored to target the outcome of our chat session and the InBody Test results. My lifestyle has benefited considerably with better habits, cleaner eating (while still enjoying the desserts that I love), increased physical strength and I just feel good at the end of each day. All this would not be possible without my coach, Jamie – from her cheerful and patient attitude to her experience in women’s health and fitness but most of all, to her passion and dedication. Me, being someone who ran in the opposite direction the moment exercise was mentioned in the past, I now look forward to every session and feel great when I leave. The journey is still long but I am ever ready to continue this life changing experience with KOA.

Been with KOA since forever, and there's a reason why I've stayed - their classes are great, and the coaches are good fun. It's really motivating to be able to attend classes with coaches and instructors who have eventually become friends through the years. They're helpful, understanding and holistic - it's not just about looking good, but feeling good too and that's what's important. They coaches will help you with food and diet, and probably just listening to you. Great, great place. Also, facilities are clean, well-kept and they take their hygiene seriously, especially in light of COVID. Coaches wear masks all the time, and are strict about this too.

I first discover this gym, KOA that is mainly for females so I decided to give it a try. Enrolled myself for a personal coach, Jamie and have been with her for almost a year. Jamie is a wonderful experience coach. Love all the trainings that I had with her and I see the outcome on myself and never could be more driven to achieve my goals. Thank you KOA for providing the best training , never the less, the comfort you get when there isn't any disturb from other males when you just want to get a full focus of the workout. :D

I stumbled upon KOA Fitness by chance, and I'm glad that I did! I feel very comfortable in this no-frills all women gym, without the need to look pretty or stylish. My trainer, Jamie helps me to improve my body strength and overall fitness at a healthy pace. With gradual improvements, I'm motivated to stay on my fitness journey not just physically, but also mentally. So far it has been a great experience for me and I always look forward to my next trip to the gym.
