★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly I really love to stay here, almost 2 years I rent with Mr thaya. but i need to move out . management & security for me is not big problem as long as u follow the rules. it just you will stuck in traffic jammed in the morning.. need to go out more early to arrived on time to workplace/school. others bsp skypark is amazing place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very bad and I do not recommend it at all. Parking. You have to pay. If you want free parking, stay outside, but beware, a policeman will come and give you a ticket lol. The reason for the electricity is that the price will reach 600 rm. They also do not like the inconvenience. I just live and pay. Thank you.
