Since the bubble tea craze during the millennium, I’m sure we’ve seen many bubble tea shops come and go!Spent no time looking through the overhead menu and went straight ordered one of my favourite drink (Black Tea Macchiato).
Started in 2006 where it first opened its doors in Taiwan, Koi has established its strong fan base ever since and later expanded to Singapore in 2011 as their first overseas store. To date, Malaysia become one of the newest in the market list of overseas branches after Myanmar.

Out of all my visits here, today was my best experience. Mad props to the staff who was manning the counter today. He was the only staff working at the time I went but he was so efficient, so it was a pleasant experience buying and dining in. There were a few customers who ordered before me, but the staff didn't waste time and worked efficiently to prepare at least 8 drinks on his own. When he saw me waiting to place my order while he was making drinks, he came and asked me to wait politely. After placing my order, I waited at my table, but I was prepared to go to the counter to collect my drinks. However, the staff came and delivered the drinks to our table when he could have just asked us to pick up from the counter. Excellent service. I ordered Mango Oolong Tea and Plum Tea and they were made perfectly. Overall, a really good experience here. I'm impressed with the staff. So very rarely do I get this kind of hospitality where the staff goes an extra mile for customer service. I regret not asking his name - he was a thin, Malay dude. Hope you'll retain and foster this kind of service.
