Guys, please label your product properly, it such a pain that i have to go back to change this thing. Your staff label it as dvi-d, but when i reach home and open the product, the product is dvi-i.

We went to All It for some technical issues. Overall experience was 4-star. The entrance management could be improved as we had to wait to get in but no one was monitoring traffic in the store. Once in the store, Mr Raj was very attentive and knowledgeable. Shout out to Mr Raj. Thank you very much for assisting and attending to us so well.

Decide to buy a JBL stereo in this shop ( luckily & greatfully ) I didn't. No one assist me BUT the Chinese guy just chitchatting. So many staffs but can't handle a shop. So forget it. I bought it in Sunway.P instead. Never gonna visit this shop anymore.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Today, it got me feel upset on cashier behavior. She was unable to answer my question. Please train your staff to know everything she/he should know. She was even answered it wrongly and She did not ask for an apology for the occurrence. Please make your membership website work all times. Never get your customer feel bad on the service.
