β β β β β very bad customer service. operation hour 10am but force us to wait outside (CANNOT SEAT) until 12:30pm.... call for waiter but didnt assist.. the drink take by ourselves but still need to pay the service charge... waitress= RUDE & bad attitude

β β β β β Just enjoy the sushi here. The staff here very good and fast service. Dont have self order digital menu, you need the call the waiter for order. The signal coverage at this restaurant is totally poor and bad. Whatever you can do just enjoy the food there, without any ig story haha

What's new at Sushi King Malaysia?
?Japanese Fried Chicken Wing (JFC)& Mochi Dorayaki
?There are 3 flavours for JFC (original,spicy & tangy citrus). Mine was original.(deeply fried and coated with sweet soy sauce).Bit salty for me but bearable.
?Please order your mochi dorayaki earlier cause I think its in cooler.Waited for a bit before eating.

been here countless times..always satisfied with their services..staffs always helpful.remember to come early if you didnt like crowded place..oh salmon skin always available in this outlet when i craved for it???

β β β β β Clean but the ordering system is weird than penang's system. It open early and the food is fine. Fyi, i had sushi as breakfast. Tak sakit perut for sure. Lol.

β β β β β Very very bad service. Not recommended at all. I ordered same meals for 2 but just got one. Took very long to get the second meal. Not even one staff say sorry to me for make me waiting more than an hour. Sheβs serving the food to me with longgggg face, like me the one yg salah. They also have lot available table yet have very long queue. Only one staff doing 3 jobs, can u imagine ? Pls la hire more staff.

β β β β β The worst system ever to secure your dine in and place your order for iftar! No reservation, only walk in allowed frm 5.45pm and at least 1 person hv to stay at your sit waiting. What we found after long queue and once seated? We cant placed order via the system due to connection problem ?. I hv requested to place order manually but the waiter asked me to wait until the system back online. Now (6.42pm) they are struggling taking orders manually frm the full house after i asked them many times to distribute the menu. Pls train your staf to do eye contact with your customer, pls respond with good manner and in helping way (the only female staff at the counter mentioned they only got 3 menus then we hv to wait for it and thats it! Wait wait n wait.. after a while the male staff distributed the menu booklet to all tables.. owhh we thought there are only 3 of them ? Pls prepare for the worst situation to serve your customer accordingly otherwise shutting down the outlet is a compulsory option. We wont miss you!

β β β β β It wasn't a busy day so the staffs handled the customers fine. But I was not really satisfied with my meal. I think it's because I've learned how to cook my own miso soup, I was underwhelmed by how mellow this one tasted. same with the egg custard, the taste of dashi is rather subtle. The salmon laid on top of some random sad looking veggies. I think it's an okay place overall,since I've tasted better somewhere else,this place was a bit of a let down. Anyways,thank you staffs for your service and hard work??
