★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building offers parking bays for free on two basement levels. However, there are a lot of cracks in the car park basement. Besides, water leakage can be noticed in the basement too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful and colourful building that houses a hawker centre that consists of food stalls serving different type of meals ranging from Claypot Briyani, Claypot Rice, Mixed Rice, Chinese Food, Shell Outs, Malay Food, Indian Friend & Curry dishes and many more. Good ventilation with plenty of air. There's also a basement car park with only RM5 per entry charge. The complex will become livelier and attract more customers if all the stalls on the first floor open for business.
