Just come here to hop on the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place riddled with touts looking to sell bus tickets. Stay clear of these people. Place is untidy, no proper toilets. I much rather use Aeroline from Qbm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many ulat tickets will hail you whenever you arrive this terminal bus. They will keep on asking you already have ticket or not until you answer them. I know their truck very well.. I just answer I got Aeroline bus ticket already which they can't do anything to me. If you say you still have no ticket, they will bring you to the booth that they will get some comission. My main concern are they did not care about the safety of the bus or punctuality of departure and arrival of bus. I got one bad experience was the ulat get very angry with me whenever I answered them I will purchase the ticket myself on upstairs, you don't sell the ticket here pls, he replied me said he just asking me whether got ticket or not. His intention not to sell as he afraid he get caught but his face super angry on me. Sometimes they arrange you to get a bus to KL but the bus will stop in taiping, ipoh and so on which it take longer time on arrival. Hope the penang council will take action on this seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus depart without giving notice to the passenger. No announcement system. Nobody give a call the passenger.
They only care about how much of the ticket they sold, but they never care about whether the passenger are on board.
To those who planned to get a ticket from here. Just a gentle reminder, please think twice before make any purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service, unprofessional, rude, and the most dirty terminal i have been. I purchased bus ticket for 3 pm schedule and the bus has not arrived for 3 hours ! I asked the staffs and they don't say sorry or anything - just say can't do anything about it besides waiting and they don't even made any effort to call the driver or anything.
Very unrecommended place. If there's zero star, i will give zero star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very basic bus station. It has a waiting area on the first floor. You can find a cab stand on the side and eateries opposite to it. No wifi.
