★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on which block that you are staying or planning to stay, your experience will vary. Block E is decent compare to the rest with pretty good mixture of tenants from all walks of life.
Block A, B, C, and D are of 700 sq. ft. while E and F are of 800 sq. ft. Unfortunately, some lousy owners are renting their units out to some really low class people who throw rubbish in the lifts, smoke in the lifts, steal the fluorescents lamp in the lifts, etc. These vandals, including the unit owners have to be punished. There are also some idiots who love to park at other's designated car park. Probably, it is time to charge parking fees instead of clamping. This will give incentives to both the owner and the security guards. Money makes the world go round.
Overall, it is quite a nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay. Nice view as there are not many highrise buildings in that area. Kids love the swimming pool. Ample parking.
However, not much things in the provision shop.
Ample eateries in Perda area, about 5 to 8 mins drive. There is a big mosque nearby, outside the condo area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to live here. Its an old condominium. Swimming pool is no longer working for quite sometime, not sure if they have done the maintenance. Its a peaceful residence area with 24 hrs security at the guard post. There is always street food nearby with many different kinda of food to try on! And ITS CHEAP!
