Better interior than other condos around Perai area
Nice pool and lobby
Covered parking 5 or 6 levels and uncovered parking on ground level and outside the condo PLUS carwash bay
Condo Manager will attend to all issues asap
Strong water pressure
Windy (doesnt really need aircon much)
3 aircon units for 3 bedrooms plus 1 for the living room and a store room
Good location. 1 bus straight to Penang Central bus, train and ferry terminal and less than 10min walk to Bulit Tengah train station
Beside a school and Jalan Baru Mosque
Mydin is about 3-4min drive and 12mins walk
2 Tennis courts, half basketball court on the carpark rooftop and gym on the ground level beside the pool
Sauna and public toilets and bathrooms on the ground level.
Great view from the 25th level top most
Got Thai restaurant infront of the condo
Cons:
Nepali guards are known for being strict but to act like they are the bosses and give you attitude from the very start and be consistent with it through out is VERY UNACCEPTABLE. Appreciate having security in this condo but not their attitude or taste of rudeness. Never encountered such behavior in other places we lived. No smile. No gestures. It's just plainly rude.
Jalan Baru tends to have heavy traffic jam during peak hours in the morning and evening but is bearable.
For non-muslims, they tend to dislike being near mosque because of the loud prayer call so you have to take note of that as this condo is situated infront of a mosque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A medium cost condominium with great facilities, 2 tennis court and basketball training pitch on top of five storey separated parking building. Swimming pools and gymnasium and multipurpose hall. Pretty well security with access card entry to the elevator lobby. Low density condominium.
