★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our flight on Korean Airlines from KUL to ICN was cancelled tonight (March 4, 2020). I went up to Korean Airlines office on Level 4 KLIA to get help to reschedule our flights to the final destination. Both personnels who were on duty, very helpful and managed to get us on different routes.
I really appreciate their effort to find various alternatives, and I thanked them for doing that. Well done guys!
