★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to find empty parking space. Most of the time you need to park outside the hospital like by the roadside or park very far near the MDKT or the post office building. Service quite ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to kota tinggi emergency department at 7.30pm on 8 august 2018.
My son had a fall and got a referral letter saying that query thumb fracture.
Frist:
The triage side didnt used any earprobe when checking my son temperature. (What if previous patient is an infection case ?)
Second:
The register counter a.k.a kaunter pertanyaan.
There are a few staff BUT they attended to me and my son 1 HOUR LATER ! (What kind of service are you giving me ?)
Third:
Waiting for xray n doctor !
One doctor to how many patients !????
Done with xray and my son had fracture!!!!!!
They instructed me to wait at counter B . For zimmer splint . I waited 2 hours for just a zimmer splint !???????!
I am also a nurse that is working in emergency department too in singapore ! And this is not acceptable!
Service is BAD ! BAD ! BAD !
Your chair is the worst ! This is the service that you are giving to your people ??!
They are a few staff here ! Do you know what they are doing ???! PLAYING PHONE AT COUNTER ! LAUGHING !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital Kota Tinggi. First time visit at new ward & new building for all patience warded. Clean interior and tidy. Environment cool & not crowded. Nurses helpful and always give smiling to visitors.

Not actually visiting Hospital Kota Tinggi but there's a guy selling burgers in front of the hospital.
What I love is, the price is still marhaen compared to other things in Kota Tinggi and Johor Bahru. Good options late night snacking for hospital staff and patients relatives.
I brought the burger home and ate it with a banana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and rude. I try to call many times no answer. When I ask regarding my medical report. The operator asks me to call back again on office hour. When I call during office hour no pick up from them. Already email still no reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fall and excruciating pain that caused me to ended up at emergency. Very good handling by all staff from registration to pharmacist. I can’t say that it was perfect but I can assure the person who assisted me has given me warm and sincere services. Bravo to the Emergency Team
