★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor good, nurse good, location good. Facility too old, excited to waiting for the new building to be officially opening. The most suffer things is waiting for the insurance approval, don't understand why it need so long time to discharge a patient from morning 8am until 2pm also not done, is it the billing dept got prob or the insurance dept got delay?? But both need to improve otherwise it is consider suffer to a patient...

Actually the medical staff are all fine and satisfying. Especially Dr are good.
The only thing that much more disappointed me and annoying Is about the manner of the speaking of your security staff.
I paid so much fees for the private hospital but we get treated like a thieves !! Especially one of the security staff which is MR. PxH xxxx !!
He treat us rudely ! !
I understand that the policies of the hospital. But u can tell us with a good speaking manner at first , not like just shouting at us at the lobby and in front of everyone! I feel it’s not respected !
And it is not only shouted at us, he also asked his colleague to stop us from different directions from the front and back ! Is it doesn’t feels like catching thieves ?! I’m just want to visit my mum ! Why do we have to treated like a thief ? Maybe I miss the policy that stated on the wall, it’s my false, but u are not supposed to do in this way right ? U can just inform me nicely . Ok?

Pls have a good staff attitude!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One doctor dr Loh who attended my husband is haughty.His PR is zero.
He thought his consultation is free to behave like that?
I'm not reviewing based on one time experience but several times meeting him...and more to come that's why I make this complaint in order he could change his attitude of haughtiness.

From registration to discharge, all went smoothly with clear explanation by staff. Walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service especially x-ray department. Staff very friendly and give clear instruction .I`m bring my auntie to do the Ct scan. Staff and doctor give us very good explanation and service. Good job, well done and keep it up KPJ Manjung! Will be recommend to my family members.

I called hotline KPJ Sri Manjung on Wednesday get an info on PCR test.. customer service said, I need to be here 10am, and doctor will start swab test 10:30am..
Thursday Im came and being inform that registration is 8.30am - 9.30 am. Being inform that im passed cut of time.. required to come back on Friday..
Friday I been there as per time stated. I should get my things done approximate 11am since swab should b start 10:30am.... reality is now is 11:30am I'm still seating waiting to be call.. got 7 people here waiting as me...1 person is got syntome, me is immediate contact with selfish colleague..the rest I don't know...
I don't mind to write long this review as my name not call yet... hahaha... additional information, u may refer to the picture I attached course that is lab number...the staff said their customer service not fit properly the information that supposed to know...and always gv wrong info...sooo inefficient.....due to this, I have to travel 30 minutes just to arrived at Kpj Sri Manjung frm my town.... however, I should gv disclaimer that this is only for kpj Sri Manjung...I hv good experience with kpj Damansara even though the building is old hahahaha...
