β β β β β The doctor was very good and very helpful. But the frontdesk staff erghh. So arrogant and not friendly like they own the clinic and the patient is not their source of earning.. i give 5star to the doctor

β β β β β Dr Ooi is a very experience, details and knowledgeable doctor. While his focus is in Primary care, but from my experience he is better than some specialist doctor who don't have enough time to listen to patients patiently.

β β β β β Walked in at 12:15 and said βHi, can I see the doctor?β The 2 ladies glared at me and one of them said βDoctor not in, only 1 pmβ in an annoyed tone. No manners at all. I can understand if 1 person is not having a good day or were busy etc but the clinic was empty. No excuse to be rude!
