★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the train from Anak Bukit to Butterworth, took an hour 15min (approximately), the journey was smooth and they provided with seatings that follows the SOP.
On the way back from Butterworth to Anak Bukit, it was already 8 35pm, it was cold honestly, so if possible bring something to cover up.
It may not be that cold(air conditioner) if not because of the rain(i assume).
KTM Butterworth connects you to the jetty, turn left after you got out of the station, go to the 1st floor by taking the lift, and after exiting the lift area, just go straight til the end of the complex and turn left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrive here 25th January 2022,depart 29 January 2022.Both days lift at the station from ground floor drop off area lobby to ticket counter above is not working.Pity those with heavy luggage & senior citizen &OKU.
Get inform it has been like that already more than 1 week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took ETS from here to Ipoh; Platinum ticket regular coach. Arrived on time as stated on the ticket. Helpful staffs. For those wo want to leave your car, there's secure parking lot iin the Penang Central just a few metres from the station. RM14 for half a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At certain time, there are so many cars lining up to the station because the road towards the station is still under construction. Pity to the taxi drivers that they have to squeeze between the waiting cars as they have less space to wait for the customers. Hopefully after the construction completed, the arrival and the departure process will be smoother and less crowded. The station itself has easy access to the platform and the staff on duty are very helpful too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KTM train station located in the area. Easy to find. But difficult to find parking except nearby area. This place is quite clean and tidy.Ticket counters, washroom and Sundry shops are here inside the building Easy to catch local Komuters to near by and outstations as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The business or platinum seats are awesome and almost empty this makes the trip one of the best. Nice staff and good service .internet connection was good . Cabinet was good air-conditioned. Seats are very comfortable. The only problem I faced is that I came 8 minutes before the trip so I could not join it and delayed to the next trip 3 hours after . The problem is the waiting area is very hot and no air-conditioning . The internal wairong room is good but you can't be there unless 1 hour before your trip
