★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New railway station building next to the old one. Instead of stairs they should have escalators. It's a hassle going up and down to cath trains.
Update 1st June: train frequency should be improved, station building and platform does not have any display to indicate arrival or departure times and platform number. This is basic requirement to have at every station. Almost all ktm stations do not have the display board instead they have pasted qr codes for app to download, not everyone needs to or wants to download the app. Please reactivate all display boards for the convinence of passengers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I missed the train by one minute on that day?. There is a waiting area with air conditioner and the staffs will announce the arrival of the train 30 minutes prior. Self-service machine where you buy the tickets or if you prefer to pay by cash there is a counter to buy tickets as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KTM has upgraded its facilities for the last few years. Love the kiosks machine to buy tickets. Friendly staff. Lobby is usually packed with Grab drivers and families. Gotta wait a while to enter my car. Stairs are dirty. Banyak tahi burung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and organized. Very convenient place. But, the toilet is inside the platform. You need to check-in before you can use the toilet. It's quite bothersome because we cannot get out from the platform after that.. Other than that, superb.

Only a parking matters. They should provide a better space for car to park.
