To be fair, this is my first and only experience dealing with KTMD, yet due to this experience, this will be the last, if I can help it. We had to get a motorcycle from Terengganu to Melaka, and options were to go to Terengganu and ride the motorcycle to Melaka (which wasn't really considered since I didn't fancy riding a motorcycle all that way), get someone to deliver it using a lorry or pick-up truck (we knew some people who did this service), or try using KTMD since we found out they claimed to be 'experts' in motorcycle delivery (they say so themselves in their webpage). So it was sent and they agent at Terengganu boasted it would take maximum 3 day (even knowing the day after was a public holiday). We were quite stoked hearing this, and the price was reasonable. We tried to track the bike's whereabouts using the tracking code given, but somehow the website returned an error. Never mind then, we called the receiving branch in Melaka to enquire. And NOONE picked up the phone!!! Multiple times called, and NOONE picked up until closing time. Tried calling the next day, finally after a few tries, was told our bike hadn't arrived, and they had NO IDEA where it was as they were having 'issues' with the tracking system. WTH??? Tried calling HQ in KL, and was given the run-around between KL and Melaka, with each saying we had to check with the other. Forget about the Dungun, Terengganu sender (who boasted about the 3 days delivery) as he DID NOT pick up his phone AT ALL! Cut the story short, we got a call late one evening, after 10 DAYS, telling us the bike had arrived and we could pick it up. Well, the damage has already been done. Please understand we don't expect miracles, as we didn't really expect the bike to arrive in Melaka from Terengganu in 3 days including a public holiday, but don't make promises you can't deliver. We already have the stupid PH government doing that. 5-6 days would be a fair delivery duration, for an organisation claiming to be experts and the No 1 solution, paraphrasing. Then the idiotic tracking system being non-existent. The final straw was being given the run around by the two (or three) representatives. The nail in the coffin was having it arrive 10 days after. I literally could push the motorcycle from Terengganu to Melaka and arrive earlier, and feel better doing that than having to experience dealing with the amateurs and wannabe delivery guys at KTMD. I give them MINUS, that's right, -5 STARS!!!
