β β β β β Yes it is worst moving service ever. Some parts were disappear, dirt on furniture and wall damage. How terrible....and also even so price was RM500 too expensive for that.

β β β β β Very helpful movers for my relocation from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. Itβs been great experiences communicating with KTS, they are easy to reach and staff has been very polite to me for both KL and Singapore. Personally, I would use them again in the near future! The only advice for their improvement is the time management. Thereβs slight delay on picking and receiving my items, but overall, itβs been great! ;)

1) Responsive and they do follow up.
2) They trust their customers.
3) They were very punctual. They promise at 10am, sharp 10am they call and inform they arrived.
4) They cut short their lunch time in order to get the job done early.
5) They were very patient in placing the furnitures at the place we asked.
6) No any damage on the furniturs and they are professional in fixing back the furnitures.
