β β β β β Bad service. The appointment on morning 8am but it's really late waiting until 1pm. The doctor treated me rude like I don't have any illness but I'm on appointment.

β β β β β Good service and very friendly and helpful staff, not crowded at all, cafeteria is very basic and hardly any food options around. For admitted patients, the service and the food are good , clean facilities. Humble play area in pediatric award, breastfeeding area and surau for mothers

β β β β β Did not satisfied with the service. Draw my sister blood for testing and after few week the result did not come out with reason they did not sent the blood for test..speechles...??ββοΈ??ββοΈ So easy giving an answer without apologize to the patient due to their careless work..

β β β β β Dr Melina in Ward Kenaga Perempuan was very rude arrogant and inattentive towards patient care and information... She was not informative.. Even she explain it's was very intoleraable tone

β β β β β Only went to the Emergency Department where the guard was helpful when allowed visitor to go into after getting the reason and checking on the SOP. There is a lot of space for improvement, upgrade and be more functionable on the space that the hospital has as I have been living in the place where the hospital is for almost 30 years, not much has changed since. No doubt, there is but can be more organised and patients friendly.
