β β β β β All staffs got no manners. Where's your ethic huh ? Arrived at emergency department at 4pm . Pt was inside but no one come and explain anything about patient to us (family members) almost 7hours ! After 7 hours, security guard told us the patient was transfered to the ward! Goodjob ! No any explaination from doctors or nurses, terus hantar pt ke warr. Bad service ! Staff tak melambangkan medical line langsung ! Cakap very rude

β β β β β Many things needs to be improved here. Though it's a government hospital but it seriously needs to maintain a good standard as most of the government hospitals are improving at a better scale. Nurses and doctors need to be more friendly and approachable.

β β β β β Helpdesk/receptionist not answering call. I called at 3 pm, until 4:30.. no one pick up the call. What happened to the frontdesk section? Is this how goverment people serve people? Be productive guys. Dont show goverment staff are all lazy. Management pls improve your staff productivity !

β β β β β They have at least 4 doctors attending patients at the same time. But need to come as early as 7:10 to get your number. By 7:45 you will get waiting no 32 and the clinic only starts at 8:30. Parking quite a problem for latecomers. Seatings are also not enough.#localguides

She is a very nice person, soft spoken, patient and kind to the elderly. So sorry for making her OT to remove the FB from my mom's throat. She didn't show any sign of inpatient throught the whole procedure.
The whole process in ED was smooth, quite fast as compared to other hospitals, was expected to wait for hours but settled everything in 1 hour (except the procedure).

β β β β β Quite dissapointed.. I bring my dad checkup at sopd after his major surgery . They give appointment at 9am but my dad met doctor around 1pm. So, whats point of appointment???? He already a patient & couldn't stand or sit for long time. He is suffered ? even no proper answer for staffs. Only Indian lady who work as guard managed handle patients with friendly ...Dear management, kindly improve on it. We as public, we always appreciate your services but please improve the system ??
