★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Men at women's ward after visiting hours at night and guards and nurses do nothing..if it was for helping the patients it still can be tolerated but they were just chatting (loudly) and it's disturbing another patients who want to rest and sleep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If patient came for emergency means try to understand their situation and pain... don't simply staff and doctor relax on ur place.. when a person crying infront of them also thy nvr care the patient pain,and the doctor relax and talk with others.. don't know why this hospital staff like this..pls work with full responsibility!!!!! .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical personnel doesn't wear surgical glove when handling my bleeding injury. Harshly removed the bandages that they have done twice. Lack of urgency measure in emergency room as only two patients versus 6 medical staffs were there. Incompetent and lack of experience as wrongly diagnosis an obvious open fracture. Hope to improve as it reflect professionalism and also for the well being of patient in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 5 Star for their bad service..i brought my 6yes old son for abdo pain..once diarrhea and 5 times vomiting with fever 38°c.. Doctor diagnosed as constipation..the indian doctor and indian staff nurse who is night staff on 16/13/21 at ER can said no medication to give for my son because I came at 3am and given pcm 15ml..so wierd no medication in ER.even dont have medication should explain nicely.sometime hospital staff thinking public is stupid because they stay in rural area like sungai siput..im realy unsatisfied their service.never been seen any hospital like this before.management totaly out.for the staff information if they review this,my husband is goverment staff ..penolong pegawai perubatan at hospital also.. and I am x staff nurse at private hospital and currently matron at international school.don't ever tink all the public is stupid.I don't like to tell them during treatment because they should treat everybody equally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr and staff very rude.especially the lady Dr and Indian lady with green shirt.indian.whats the wrong if their explain to us two times if we don't understand.i don't understand why their very angry and the way their answer we also control ourself.
As a Dr and staff their should be more polite and patience to us but why their attitude like DIS.i do noe their name if not sure I already memtion here
