β β β β β Called many times to make enquiries...automated teller option tried twice no answer, resorted to try the operator instead and still went unanswered. Inexcusable for a public office and I should know as I work in a hospital.No matter what the circumstances are, there must be an outlet to make enquiries and getting a prompt reply.
