★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vaccine time suppose 2pm but they called to come at 12pm i reached KMC at 12.20pm... its seems the persons come and que just 3 including me but and no one and they just ask us wait more 30minutes if its lunch time why ask us to come... very slow service? For vaccine peoples u guys let wait how about the patients? If u guys never call i just follow my timing which supposed at 2pm after take my lunch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously located next to Berjaya Megamall Kuantan. Everything is okay except for the parking and checking out. The car parks is limited and route/space to drive out most of the time obstructed. Checking out from the hospital took more than 2 hour, mainly for the documentation part.
On the positive note, today the staff organize an ohsom event - health awareness. Good job people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed over Dr Lee(gastrologist) 's service as he refused to answer my questions by saying Don't Know, He is arrogant and not profesional at all, He even didn't explain my problem after performing the ultra sound. I will definitely not visit him again ?

And need to wait more than 4 hours inside the room to discharge....
Tired of waiting, my baby girl even slept twice during waiting.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the covid-19 pandemic, strict SOP adherence is followed e.g no visitor is allowed in the wards only one guardian. Expect to have ur pocket burnt.
