★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalam item order ada spice rack tapi bila pasang tak ada spice rack..katanya tak cukup ruang..kenapa tak bagitahu awal-awal kalau tak cukup ruang. Masa booking katanya spice rack tu die bagi..sepatut ye boleh design balik..pelanggan perlu diutamakan..service out??
 In the order item there is a spice rack but when you install there is no spice rack..he said there is not enough space..why don't you tell me in advance if there is not enough space. Booking time, he said the spice rack is for..should you be able to redesign..customers should be given priority..service out??

Though I had gotten them to fix my kitchen cabinet 3 years ago, they still provide excellent service; if there's any problems, I just have to get in touch with the manager Mr Mervin and it'll be settled in no time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having utilised Kuchemate’s services for 3 times in 1 year, I find their work to be of quality. Their attentiveness to my requirements are admirable. The manager, Mervin is always ready to listen to us and provides the best advice based on his professional experience. Kuchemate has never let me down when it comes to schedule and time. They are always on time to start and complete the work. Very clean job and always clean up after they are done. In terms of cost, I find them to be very reasonable. Thank you Kuchemate and I will definitely keep you in mind for all my future cabinetry works.
