โ โ โ โ โ Those product's quality are fair to price. But the customer service or repairing service are bad.
My experience :
1)my oven electric controller was disfunction, called them for repair service, they take days to arrange mechanic to your place...
2)my display chiller sent back to their factory for repair, took around 25days to repair.....
No problem to buy their products, but don't use their repair service or customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Repair Team (Technical Team) very bad servicing, one of the guy (wear specs) I interact with after looking at the problem didn't bother to explain why and just say we couldn't claim the warranty and it's on our faulty. I seek for advice on what can we do and he just don't bother to help. The other guy try to explain after things get intense. At the end of doing nothing still need to pay RM100 for them to not doing something. I would willing to pay if they could help on sorting the problem out by giving solutions. leaving us buyer hanging without knowing what's next step and still need pay totally a bad after sales service.

โ โ โ โ โ If you are thinking of buying any equipment from this company, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I purchased an industrial oven in September 2021 and ever since it was delivered to me it has been giving problems, at first a problem literally every week and now almost every month. Not only that, trying to get someone to respond to my call/WhatsApp regarding these issues takes forever and I have to keep calling and calling every day to remind them to send a technician over. The technicians are very good but it is the people working in the office, namely Jenny, Alice, and Nicholas who just never seem to do their work. I suspect they have given me a faulty oven unit and are refusing to take responsibility for the issues and are purposely ignoring my calls.

โ โ โ โ โ Mr "Loke" came for the after service. He managed to fix my salad chiller very well, he was calm and told me he was fine and continued fixing the chiller. I was so touched andย thankful to him because of the effort he put in. wanted to let HQ know that I never ever held this kind of brilliant service experience in Malaysia before. CKE holding company you are having the best service man ever.
he left my place with that smiling face that made me touched once again with huge thankfulness.
Lastly I would like to say today's service was 100 out of 200% satisfactions
