β β β β β The clinic's nurse and doctors are so unhospitable towards the patients here, so rude and kept yelling at patients except for the nurse who was handling the X-ray here.

β β β β β If I can give negative stars I would. VERY, VERY , VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't come to this clinic!
Called for several days from 8-5pm, all not answered. I see at least 4 nurses/ assistant here, all USELESS!
Waited so long for vaccine jab, appointment at 1.30pm, came at 1pm, only completed at 2.40pm!

β β β β β receptionist indian woman is so rude. shouting and throwing my paper clip on the table. i know this is not her culture, this is her personality. so you think about clinics you choose. there are many clinics you can choose. donot need to experience discomfortable.

β β β β β Great experience! Respect with all staff because can handeling patient one by one eventho i see the clinic is busy with the vaccination. They inform me that i have to wait for long que. at least they told me that i have to wait. its ok for me. Good job all staff and the doctor&staff very friendly! will come again ;)

β β β β β Bad experience.
I went to this clinic last week for fever and fatigue and the doctor asked me to come again for a second consultation and to check whether my condition has improved.
Came 8.50am, waited until 10.45 and not a single soul attended me, despite the appointment made by the clinic itself. Patients who came way after me were attended first. Asked the registration counter, the staff just replied βjust wait, we will call you soonβ but soon felt like an eon of time.
Finally, I gave up, went to the counter again, told them Iβll find another clinic.
*No, I did not make a scene or scolded anyone. I didn't have energy to do that. I simply walk away after they wasted hours of my time.

β β β β β Terrible experience at this clinic.
Went for a COVID-19 PCR test here and was told that they will email the results to me in 24 hours. I even paid a premium price to get the results in 24 hours because i had a flight scheduled in 48 hours. The next day, i did not receive any call/email from the clinic in regards to my results. I had to drive all the way to the clinic and was told that the results were ready.
Not wanting to make a big fuss out of the whole situation, i just took the hardcopy result and asked the nurse to email the lab copy email to me.
It's now 12 hours to my flight and i've yet to receive any email. Tried reaching them via the phone and no one's picking up.
Terrible experience. Suggest to visit somewhere else for COVID-19 PCR Test.
