β β β β β You and Your Staff are EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE!!!! Your patients are parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF TWO EMPTY CARPARKS PURPOSELY ALLOCATED FOR BIG PHARMACY'S CUSTOMERS. And yet when they approach you to bring up the problem, you just didn't care. In the span of 10 minutes, I've seen 5-6 customers walking in complaining about the carpark. and because of your inconsideration and insensitivity to the people around you, you've caused the UTMOST INCONVENIENCE TO EVERYONE. Because of the company culture that YOU created, your staff have become one like you.
Will NEVER recommend your clinic to ANYONE!!!!

β β β β β My skin issue solve within 7 days of prescription : creams + tablet
Price : reasonable (4/5)
Waiting time : 15 minutes only (5/5)
Medication : 5/5
To avoid long Q, do make an appointment prior visit @ +60 10-468 3246 (Whatsapp can already la)
If not, you will wait more than hours.
And can text the said phone number to buy medicine and post via courier. Come on, don't be kedekut and say need to pay for the courier's fee etc.
As you need to drive and look for parking, also a costing too.
Be a smart consumer and look for better alternative.
Cheers.
** Why I said the price is reasonable? About 5 years back, when I visited a specialist at Penang island, it cost me RM150 and yet it can't solve the issue (LMAO).

β β β β β Hey there folks
Iβve just returned from Dr Ranjitβs Clinic. Now we can order meds via their WhatsApp channel!. No need to stand in line, long queues (hot sun!) and safer too (pandemic!).
I know/read from the (many) reviews that the staffβs attitude is an issue. To me, yes, I agreed that βcustomer serviceβ is very essential but judging by the sheer number of patients with/without appointments plus endless stream of patients coming in to buy meds, the staff choose to employ an efficient and diplomatic but distant attitude. Imagine some patients want to chit chat and asked endless questions?
Well, thatβs my observation and opinion??β¦

β β β β β Best dermatologist; knows what heβs doing and doesnβt attempt to burn any hole in your pockets unlike soooo many other derms Iβve visited. Yes, I agree that the assistants and receptionists can do better, but Iβm willing to let all that go because my dear Dr. Ranjit, who has helped me tremendously with my skin issues since I was 16yo, is indeed worth it. If you have questions, just ask him; he will answer them.

β β β β β Before I write anything, I'm a pharmacist but I didn't reveal to the doctor or the staffs as I don't find any necessity for that.
Went for my lip eczema. Already been following up with specialists in government hospital, yet the treatment didn't work much. Had a few friends suggesting Dr Ranjit. So yes. You need to book appointment in order to consult with Dr Ranjit. If you don't, high chances for you to see another lady doctor there. I was in the consultation room for 5 minutes (or even lesser than that). He's very quick (probably to see more patients who had been waiting outside). Told him about the medications that I've been getting from government hospital. He said that could dry my lips even more. And said he will give something else and told me to apply only when necessary. At the dispensary, they gave me 2 prepacked creams to be applied in the morning and at night. With no medication name labeled on it. I requested for the name. The staff wrote for me on a small piece of paper. And I found out one of the cream was STEROID! No advice to patient (aka me) about how to apply steroid cream or etc and not even bothered to tell me it's a steroid. I went there as my last resort. So I used the steroid very occasionally as I know what it could do to the skin. After 5th or 6th application, the next morning I woke up with the top layer of skin on my lips already gone. I don't know if I'm explaining properly but the inner skin could be seen and started having more burning sensation than I ever had.
Would never go back but I really pity those who are waiting in the line to get their medications refilled, without even knowing what they're consuming.

β β β β β This is my first time. Not sure what are the complaints are about, or maybe i am just lucky. Had an appt at 11.50am. I got in n saw Dr Ranjit by 11.57am. It was such a breeze. Dr Ranjit was quite thorough in explaining my hair loss condition. Now we will wait and see for the results. All in all a pleasant experience indeed

β β β β β The clinic hours are 9am to 1pm in the morning, then reopens at 2pm till 5pm. I went there before 1pm and the nurse said they were closed and would open again at 2pm. I went back at exactly 4:30pm and the nurse said that they were already closed. I keep on explaining to her that I have been there 2 times already just to buy medicines, but she keeps on telling me they are closed due to covid. The nurse didn't have any compassion or not even sorry that I went there 2 times and still had a lot of time before they closed. Poor service and staff don't care about their patients if they go there how many times already or come from a far place!!!
