★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there's a skipped turn due to some reasons, inform the patients that here lah. Awful receptionists! When asked, she say I dunno, as to another and another person.
We humans would understand if you at least inform us. But others, we are also in pain for some reasons, otherwise come clinic for what.
Ini macam, I think go ER also faster to get treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was great. Spoke a bit fast and a little rushed but nonetheless gave concise diagnosis. Prescribe meds that are appropriate which lead to a very timely recovery. Receptionist are rather lack luster and lack urgency but not very hard to work with. Overall was found to be adequate and pricing is reasonable. Would come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors were quite good but the front desk staffs seriously need to improve their attitude.
Do take note that the opening hours of the clinic has changed and I'm not quite sure of the new opening hours as the staffs never answer the phone not even once.
I don't understand why I called many times but these front desk staffs never pick up the phone not even once and always the line got cut off.So fed up and hope this can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here since I was 2 years old. So basically it's our family favourite clinic. Both Dr Ahmad & Dr Paramjit have always made us feel comfortable to seek their consultation. Very precise check, unlike some other clinics I've been to. As many commented about the receptionists, so far I never really had that too bad of experience. Some a little bit unfriendly, but not always the case so I ignored it. Quite affordable charges too. Got 3 packs of medicines, but only charged a total of RM45 including consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctors and reasonable charges, but they have the worst SOP, the worst front desk staff who are SLOW and they literally don't care if people are lining up to register. Then another 1.5 to 2 hours to see the doctor.
There was not that many people but that's the waiting time.
While waiting to register, I saw the staff filling up a prescription for a patient with bare hands. Yucks. She took out the pills with her hand, then walk around to get the plastic to fill the pills in. Who knows where her hands had been??????
Terrible. If not due to the doctors, I don't recommend this clinic at all.

Would have given 4 stars if not for the receptionists. Thank God, Dr Paramjit wife was there to cool things.
Dr Paramjit is an exceptional doctor who gives effective medication & explains causes of the illness & what the medication does. A rare breed. Prices are reasonable & I get well fast. Will surely recommend to everybody.
