★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no expectation for any hair style. He done a great job, fast, and simple haircut for me and my daughter. 20RM per person for a cut is a very very good deal. No queue. Simple and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Kwik Cut Publika today 15 Nov at 12.09pm to get a haircut which I've done many times. There were 2 hairdressers on duty. The hairdresser attending to me couldn't understand what I meant by a straight horizontal cut, not sloping, for the side above my ears and back. I emphasized I didn't want it sloping. Not only he didn't understand me, he kept muttering it's a simple cut on the side, and no cutting on the top. I said no, I want a heavy haircut with short hair but straight on the sides and back, not sloping.
After at least 3 times explaining to him I gave up and asked him how many years he has been a hairdresser. He replied 7 years and I was fed up, so I asked for his colleague who's sitting behind a screen, eyes glued to his hp. He looked up and said 'No' and accused me having a bad attitude!!! Can you beat that? I demanded to have my money back. The hairdresser gave me back the money and retorted I should go back to my usual hair salon! Wow...and my last haircut was here but thankfully it wasn't them.
This outlet will go out of business with such rude and inexperienced employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to cut my baby hair, because they stated on their website have baby cut service, I drove 20 minutes there, to meet the rude barber who said no service for babies, what kind of wasting peoples time to have such an answer,
