It was a quick reservation through phone. They’ll ask your preferred service so you better be prepared what kind of service you want.
Hammam and Gomage(5/5)
It was good. They really scrub all the dirts on your body. The washing area is quite hot but comfortable. Before scrubbing, they will ask you to lie on a slightly hot granite stone. Though its kind of a open bath, you cant really see other people faces cause its quite dim inside. After the bath, you will feel refresh. Before next treatment, you’ll be asked to rest in a special room and will be serve hot tea and water.
Aromatic massage-1 hour(5/5):
The masseuse was very gentle but at the same she used enough pressure. It was very good I keep on burping cause of the gas ?. She’s very attentive whenever she feels i’m not comfortable.
They have lockers to keep all your belongings with passcode(your own) so you dont have to worry about that.
However, this is a unisex spa. So, if for female muslims you might want to be extra careful and probably ask if your scheduled session will have men, or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I recently came to the Spa for body massage treatment, however, i discovered that there were price different from the ones displayed on the website. The actual price for aromatic massage was RM150 as compared to the website's display price, RM138. Other packages have got the same issue too.
However, I appreciated the politeness of the reception staff and therapist skills and techniques. There are rooms for more improvement if you create feedback form / channel for us to address, wish you all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard about the place a few times previously, that it is one of the best Hammam spa in town. Tried it over the weekend but to be honest it was nothing to shout about. I did the hammam session and followed by one hour massage. The hamman is quite decent but the massage was not impressive, not even close to Healthland and Thai Odyssey. The experience was not great overall and I probably wouldn't recommend to anyone unless at a great discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be good but my last visit a couple of days ago was quite disappointing. Went for the Les Senses package which comes with hammam followed by 60mins massage. The massage was pretty bad as the masseuse was weak and didn't get any pressure points right at all. in the past, they used to offer baklava after each session and now that's missing. Overall, the experience was bad and felt like the place was rather disorganized and staffs werent quite welcoming too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think everyone, especially a tired mum, should make a trip to Hammam KL at least once every 6 months ! I used to live in KL and loved this place. Made a visit to Malaysia after the borders were opened in May and booked a gommage and relaxing massage due to time constraints though I had a much longer session in mind. Staff are all wonderful and attentive. I do feel like the lady scrubbing me was rushing my gommage a tad bit compared to when I was a regular in 2013/2014. Nonetheless, after the massage ended, I felt refreshed and like a goddess again. The whole place is a sight for sore eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like a Morrocan princess getting pampered for Princess Hammam at Hammam Spa. Skin feels smooth and fresh, always good to relax and soothe the body and mind. Love being taken care with a nice gommage and aromatic massage with rose oil. Can’t resist capturing the beautiful interior Morrocan design. It’s a work of art, just like our body❤️
