★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff! Explain in detail for my questions and doubt. Self help kiosk easy to use as well. I visited the place in morning during weekday, thus, crowd is not big. Remember to put parking coupon when park at public parking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never thought that I would spent so short of time here. A lot of counters are opened to serve the customers. What I can say is fast, good and polite service. One con is the parking lots in the building are not enough to supply the demands. Hard to find parking place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed of the services and system, nowadays no required for long queue and everything can be done through online, very fast distribution and efficient, less hassle and less exposure in public, minimize the risks for everyone. Staffs also very helpful! Looking forward to have more government department transform as KWSP management.
