The honey chicken wing and drumlette was exactly what I was looking for, crispy, hot and not too sweet.
The barley tea is the perfect beverage to go with the honey chicken!
I see the previous reviews mainly mentioned about the waiting time, I went in at 9pm and got my chicken by 9.20pm, I am aware it is close to closing time, and there are a total of 3 table including myself dining there. Personally, I think the waiting time is just about right, considering that I bought fried chicken in Korea, for the chicken to be fresh and crispy the waiting time is quite worth it I would say.
The only thing that left me slightly unsatisfied is the portion of the chicken, it is quite small, definitely smaller than 4 fingers.
I spent 20.40 rmb for a 6 piece honey wing and drumlette with a hot barley tea.
I would like to give this place a 4.5 star, but given that there is not such rating, I can only choose between a 4 and a 5.
While I am hesitant to give this place a 5 star due to its portion, I think this staffs should get some encouragement, as this place is way too underrated (It is a 2.8 as I am writing this review.).
The service that I received was quite decent as well, although I am not able to comment on their service during their peak hour as this is my first time dining with Kyochon Chicken.
Keep up the good work Kyochon Chicken :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 45 minutes to get our order (sampler platter). Everyone else behind us in queue have gotten their food but we had to ask the waiters twice to remind them. Bad experience.
Food wise, average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience l, waited food for about 1 hour and only half of the food came. There's other people came later than us but got the food first. Must have forgot my orders.
This is Kyochon, a well branded chain restaurant from Korea since 1991, I don't understand what caused this. A big brand like this should have a well implemented system, how does this branch differ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered "chicken fried rice set". The portion was too small, the rice was quite cold, it wasn't freshly cooked, there was some cheese on it, but it had a weird sour taste. There was almost no chicken in the rice. The "soup" was just hot water and pepper, there wasn't any taste at all....I would give 0 stars, if there were 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered their meat free bibimbap but was told that they will use the same oil that fried chicken and other meat to fry my Harvest Gourmet meat free Schnitzel. Told them not to use the same oil but was declined. Had to reorder and ordered their Meat free noodles ( Japchae) instead. Dunno why they are promoting meat free food when vegetarian/vegans cannot order most of their meat free series. Hope their management can relook into this practice if they wanna promote more people take meat free items for a more sustainable Earth. Their meat free noodles was tasty but portion is small for the price of $25.90. Moreover I can only see a few slices of their Harvest Gourmet mince . Not worthwhile.
