★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Services, Good Taste and Good Environment ? I used to order Red pepper and Honey series as my favourite fried chicken!! Currently they doing promo with free korean tea for age 55 and above, 1 tea pot can have 2 cups hence remember dring your parents along ae! With 3 choices, Bally, Corn Tea and green tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time around 2019 chicken and rice served with good temperature very nice to eat. After MCO things changed here where you must able to meet these expectations:
1. You must be able to patiently wait for at least 1 hour to get the food serve.
2. Make sure you are a gastritis free person.
3. Do expect for greasy and cold chicken.
4. Cold rice as well since my previous experience I was served with warm rice.
5. Due to busy staff, please help yourself to pick baby chair on your own.
They are claiming the food will be served with their heartfelt level of mastery cooking, not a fast food but here after I have tasted the meal, I would consider to eat fast food for sure. Good bye.

They have too many orders in the meanwhile they are seriously under-staff in the kitchen as well as service area hence causing a long waiting time period, the Kyochon setia city mall branch seriously in need of increasing the staff to help out, you even have to order yourself at the counter there. Kyochon was once my favourite korean fried chicken store but now unfortunately no longer is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really like the way you can now order via the phone but it does required the staff to give you the password. Perhaps the password can be given right after seated? Was abit confused on how to get the password to confirm the order. Would also be even better if the payment via the phone too. Other than that, the food is awesome, satisfied my stomach

But the table was shaking and loose .. me change other table and the floor too oily.
Me not sure is the tiles or oily.
So far okay.new experience for me that different flavours than kfc that I use to eat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did informed on the long waiting time which is fine for me buttttt the spoiler was this restaurant doesn’t have proper air conditioning. Did ask the waitress but she said already complained many times and this temperature is normal. Like what? I have not much issues on the waiting time but they failed to provide proper air conditioning or air circulation is major turnoff. Hope the management may consider to install at least a fan as improvement. Talking about the food, the food is so-so compared to other outlets and my opinion you guys facing manpower shortage and should hire more workers. Ok bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waiting time despite only 2 table of customer. Their priorities is on takeaway order. Not recommended to dine here. One of the drumsticks was "spoil" and one order was ”miss” and they had to cook after 1 hour. We ended up leaving the restaurant on 10.15pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First must have patient to wait for at least half hour and above for just a basket of drummet/wing chicken. There was just few tables when I dine in at 6 pm but yet waited more than half hour for the combo set. The soup is cold. I will not want to revisit for this long wait with cold soup and pricey chicken. Not forgetting I have to order at the counter.
