β β β β β I don't often comment critic review on a restaurant, but I have to say I am quite disappointed and had a bad experience. foods from the menu aren't available and lack of variety of food choices. The seats are dirty and the floor is sticky. Lack of staff and slow service.

β β β β β Came here at 11 and saw a long queue, waited until 12 and customer are still not allowed to enter even though the operation hours are written 10am to 10pm. Didn't want to wait so had to order takeout. Store are understaffed.
Overall, the floor staff and the manager are really nice and helpful. Sushi quality in this store are way better than back at Puncak Alam store. Only downside is delaying time to start operating.

β β β β β Staff very low energy and don't bother to serve you. The place is also very dirty which is very dangerous during Covid. The tablet used to order is covered with a layer of oil and dirt!

β β β β β I was quite surprised while waiting infront of the shop fr 11am+ until 12noon only they open for customer to enter. Staffs in the shop also no one come to inform what time exactly they will open. However, there is a business hour written from 10am until 10pm. Sigh. Why can't sushi king write a latest note of business hour since all your customers was waiting there? And, no one serve when we enter, they don't even care whether you check in mysehjatera or no. This really need to improve. Thanks!

β β β β β Disappointed....very slow service... Understaff...we have to wait for 20 min queue to come in...order was okay as its almost 4pm on a Friday...we call waiter 3 times using the tab provided with no response whatsoeva... Decided to pay at counter...and guess what? My wife went to counter by herself then a waiter come to check our food ...
In short... Not satisfied at all... The service is terrible..
